What is TeneTicket?
TeneTicket is an online marketplace for excursions and activities in Tenerife, in the Canary Islands. Every experience is run by a verified local operator, and you book and pay online in a few minutes.
How do I book an excursion in Tenerife?
Choose an experience, pick your date and number of guests, and pay securely online. You create a free account at checkout so you can find your bookings and tickets later. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.
How do I receive my ticket?
Right after payment you receive a confirmation email with your ticket and a unique QR code. Show the QR code on your phone or as a printout when you arrive for the activity.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can cancel free of charge from your account within 48 hours of booking, and your card is not charged until that window has passed. After that, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the activity receive a full refund on request, while cancellations within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable. If the operator cancels, for example because of bad weather, you get a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Is it safe to pay on TeneTicket?
Payments are processed by Stripe and TeneTicket never stores your card details. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
